SBI PO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Phase-I: Preliminary Examination

Final merit will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Main Examination and Phase-III process. Prelims marks will not be counted in the final merit list.

SBI PO Recruitment 2026 Salary
The starting basic pay of SBI Probationary Officer is ₹48,480/- with four advance increments. The approximate annual CTC at Mumbai center is ₹21.97 Lakh. In addition to basic pay, officers are entitled to DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, Medical Benefits, Leave Fare Concession, Lease Rental Facility, and other allowances as per bank rules.
