MP High Court Stenographer & Assistant Recruitment 2026: The High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur has released Advertisement No. 666/Exam/2026 for direct recruitment to various vacant posts in the District and Sessions Courts of Madhya Pradesh. The recruitment includes Stenographer Grade-II, Stenographer Grade-III, Stenographer Grade-III (Court Manager Staff), and Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing) posts. MP High Court Recruitment 2026 Qualification

Stenographer Grade-II

Candidates must possess graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. They must also have a valid C.P.C.T. score card, Hindi shorthand speed of 100 W.P.M., and a one-year diploma in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Madhya Pradesh Government.

Stenographer Grade-III & Stenographer Grade-III (Court Manager Staff)

Candidates should have a graduation degree in any discipline, C.P.C.T. score card, Hindi shorthand speed of 80 W.P.M., and a one-year diploma course in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Madhya Pradesh Government.

Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing)

Candidates must have graduation in any discipline, a C.P.C.T. score card, English shorthand speed of 80 W.P.M., and a one-year diploma course in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Madhya Pradesh Government.

MP High Court Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026. Candidates must have completed 18 years of age.

For male candidates of Madhya Pradesh and other-state candidates belonging to the unreserved category, the maximum age is 40 years. For Madhya Pradesh female candidates, MP SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, government/board/corporation/security personnel and certain other eligible categories, the maximum age is 45 years, as specified in the notification.

MP High Court Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted in stages:

  1. Online Preliminary Examination – 100 Marks
  2. Hindi/English Shorthand Skill Test – 100 Marks
  3. Transcription/Typing Test
  4. Document/Eligibility Verification

For Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing) candidates, an English shorthand test will be conducted. For the stenographer posts, the applicable Hindi shorthand test will be conducted.

The preliminary examination consists of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks with a total duration of 120 minutes.
